I broke my neighbor's car rear side window and I called Auto door glass pros and Konstantin was a complete professional that really knew his stuff. I would have normally tried to do this myself but after reading about the installation I decided against it. It turned out to be a very good decision because I would not have had the correct tools to do this job. Unfortunately, I gave him the incorrect year and make of the vehicle and he showed up on Saturday with a window that did not fit. I told him how sorry I was for the mistake and he said it was no big deal and rescheduled for Monday. He showed up at the exact time he said he would and had the window installed within an hour. If you need Auto Glass replaced I highly suggest you call this independent company. Thanks again for your great service! ~ Billy S
Puyallup driver side broken window replacement. This guy was super professional and kept me up to date on my window since it is made in Canada and needing to get it shipped here. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole installation and glass to my window was $275.25 with tax and way cheaper than any other local glass repair/replacement shop and he comes to your house! He also took the initiative to throw out the diapers that were in my car due to someone breaking into my car and ransacking the whole thing. He said he wanted to make sure that the glass didn’t affect my kids with being in the diapers and cleaned out all the glass in my car minus taking apart my car seat because he didn’t want to ruin my car seat. Contacted Auto Door Glass Pros and the owner was very quick to respond, which was very helpful. Had a power window that needed repair, the motor on the driver side of the 2010 Xterra was no longer able to put the window up. Konstantin sent me the link to the part needed (regulator and motor assembly) and got it ordered on Amazon. Once delivered, I set up an in person appointment to have it installed. He was able to be there within days, with a scheduled appointment time, and it only took an hour for the work. Very friendly, very knowledgeable in this particular trade field.
