Contacted Auto Door Glass Pros and the owner was very quick to respond, which was very helpful. Had a power window that needed repair, the motor on the driver side of the 2010 Xterra was no longer able to put the window up. Konstantin sent me the link to the part needed (regulator and motor assembly) and got it ordered on Amazon. Once delivered, I set up an in person appointment to have it installed. He was able to be there within days, with a scheduled appointment time, and it only took an hour for the work. Very friendly, very knowledgeable in this particular trade field. Puyallup driver side broken window replacement. This guy was super professional and kept me up to date on my window since it is made in Canada and needing to get it shipped here. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole installation and glass to my window was $275.25 with tax and way cheaper than any other local glass repair/replacement shop and he comes to your house! He also took the initiative to throw out the diapers that were in my car due to someone breaking into my car and ransacking the whole thing. He said he wanted to make sure that the glass didn’t affect my kids with being in the diapers and cleaned out all the glass in my car minus taking apart my car seat because he didn’t want to ruin my car seat. I broke my neighbor's car rear side window and I called Auto door glass pros and Konstantin was a complete professional that really knew his stuff. I would have normally tried to do this myself but after reading about the installation I decided against it. It turned out to be a very good decision because I would not have had the correct tools to do this job. Unfortunately, I gave him the incorrect year and make of the vehicle and he showed up on Saturday with a window that did not fit. I told him how sorry I was for the mistake and he said it was no big deal and rescheduled for Monday. He showed up at the exact time he said he would and had the window installed within an hour. Highly recommend this car window replacement company. Originally went with safelite but it was miscommunication after miscommunication until finally I was frustrated and forced to do more research to find a different company. And thank God I did! The website took me 2 seconds to book(straight to the point) I got the text 30 mins later about service. Again straight to the point about service, time, place. Then he came out to work on my window next day and it took an hour. Even offered to clean the tape off the side of my door that I taped on when someone broke into my car. I had my passenger side window replaced by Constantine and I couldn’t be more pleased. He came right out to my home, was on time actually a bit early and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The window works perfectly now. What impressed me most was how kind and respectful he was. He took the time to explain a few things to me, even shared some helpful advice that didn’t have anything to do with the repair. I highly recommend auto door glass pros!! My car was broken into, and he was recommended to me by my boss, and the response times were swift, and he did an amazing job not only with the passenger side window replacement, but also with cleaning up the glass all over my car! This happened at an inconvenient time as I was leaving the state, and he was extremely easy to work with around that, called me as soon as he got to my place and my roommate gave him my key, sent the bill online so it was super easy to take care of even with my not being here, and sent before and after photos as soon as he was finished and made sure I was happy with my service! This weekend I unfortunately had my car window vandalized. It happened Saturday night so of course I was scrolling through trying to find someone on Sunday that would be able to replace it. The big name companies of course had 5 star ratings but they were all closed on Sunday. I came across Konstantin with Door Glass Pros who gave me an accurate quote via text. Unfortunately he was not able to do my glass replacement on Sunday because the glass place he needed to get my window from was closed. But he was able to do the work on Monday which was fine. He was very communicative timely and friendly. He finished the job ( including cleaning up all the broken glass that fallen into the door) in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Konstantin. Constantine was absolutely incredible and quick as well. After multiple vehicles were broken into in our building here in Tacoma and being the owner of one of the cars vandalized, we weren't sure who to go with or what it might cost. As it happens, we were walking in the parking garage and saw Constantine replacing the glass on one of the other vehicles that was broken in to. We asked him if he would be able to do a passenger window replacement and he said yes. The next day he showed up and within one hour the car was back to normal. My Kia passenger side window was smashed in the parking garage of Mary Bridge Children’s hospital while my son was admitted there. I had my Camry broken into and needed my window replaced so I didn't have to keep driving around with plastic wrap. I looked around and got quotes from a few window replacement places in my area. This review is for a ram 1500 passenger door glass replacement If you need a car or truck door or window replaced it would behoove you to talk to Konstantin. He texted me yesterday morning after he saw me request a quote and by 11:00 a.m. today The work has already been done. Safelite wasn't even able to get me in until a week from today. I had my driver side front window replaced after some jerks broke it. I got an immediate response after submitting a quote request which I did late in the evening. I was shocked at the quote, but in a good way I was expecting at least double what I was quoted. He kept in contact over text with arrival time. Very pleasant guy and got to work right away. He pointed out some damage to the door where it looks like they tried prying the door open and then breaking the window? Which he was able to repair so you can barely tell there is damage. It's a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe we are not winning best of show by any stretch, lol. He was able to replace the window in around an hour, let me test his work before paying. He also vacuumed up the broken glass on the street, which I think really shows their work ethic and attention to detail. Today the owner of this glass pro shop replaced a passenger side front door powered window. I wasn’t able to blink my eye how quickly it was done. There was so much glass pieces from original damage as we had a theft and break in however the owner vacuumed with power vacuum every piece of it. Very well done. And very quickly. In fact I called 5 repair shops and glass was not available for weeks yet this shop got it for me in a day. I have never had such expedited service with any of my car issues. Unfortunately my car was broken into sometime last night and I was looking for a company to come to my place and fix the window for me. First quote I received from a big company was almost $600 !! If I could give more stars, I would! Konstantin did such great work! I was the unfortunate victim of a car break in, that shattered one of my windows and cracked another. Our rear passenger window was smashed in downtown Tacoma Saturday night, and I requested a quote late - nearly midnight.
