Auto Door Glass did an amazing job! Worked with Konstantin and he was right in top of everything.
Here's what I did. My son's vehicle window was broken. I submitted quotes to 3 different windshield companies.
Konstantin was the first to respond and was able to get the window right away the other 2 only 1 responded and could not get the window.
Konstantin followed up with us and did exactly what he said he would gave us a good price ( about 200 less than other quotes) and install took less than 30 minutes. What i really liked about working with this company was the customer service. Seeing that I was working with him from another state I was worried that things might not go as planned. Not this guy! He was on top of stuff. Thanks man and appreciate the excellent service!

But, God sent a humble servant with a genuine heart responded to my emergency request. It turned away my anger. And I was so relieved when God brought good people with talent, with great understanding & Amazing customer service to help Gods people that was asking for help. Contacted Auto Door Glass Pros and the owner was very quick to respond, which was very helpful.
Had a power window that needed repair, the motor on the driver side of the 2010 Xterra was no longer able to put the window up. Konstantin sent me the link to the part needed (regulator and motor assembly) and got it ordered on Amazon. Once delivered, I set up an in person appointment to have it installed.
He was able to be there within days, with a scheduled appointment time, and it only took an hour for the work.
Very friendly, very knowledgeable in this particular trade field. And a consummate professional. Highly recommend his company and will tell others in need of similar.

Puyallup driver side broken window replacement. This guy was super professional and kept me up to date on my window since it is made in Canada and needing to get it shipped here. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The whole installation and glass to my window was $275.25 with tax and way cheaper than any other local glass repair/replacement shop and he comes to your house! He also took the initiative to throw out the diapers that were in my car due to someone breaking into my car and ransacking the whole thing. He said he wanted to make sure that the glass didn’t affect my kids with being in the diapers and cleaned out all the glass in my car minus taking apart my car seat because he didn’t want to ruin my car seat. Will always take the time to call this guy over other shops in the area.

I broke my neighbor's car rear side window and I called Auto door glass pros and Konstantin was a complete professional that really knew his stuff. I would have normally tried to do this myself but after reading about the installation I decided against it. It turned out to be a very good decision because I would not have had the correct tools to do this job. Unfortunately, I gave him the incorrect year and make of the vehicle and he showed up on Saturday with a window that did not fit. I told him how sorry I was for the mistake and he said it was no big deal and rescheduled for Monday. He showed up at the exact time he said he would and had the window installed within an hour. If you need Auto Glass replaced I highly suggest you call this independent company. Thanks again for your great service!

Highly recommend this car window replacement company. Originally went with safelite but it was miscommunication after miscommunication until finally I was frustrated and forced to do more research to find a different company. And thank God I did! The website took me 2 seconds to book(straight to the point) I got the text 30 mins later about service. Again straight to the point about service, time, place. Then he came out to work on my window next day and it took an hour. Even offered to clean the tape off the side of my door that I taped on when someone broke into my car. Anyways long story short, if you want fast service that is affordable and doesn’t waste your time book with Auto Door Glass Pros!

I had my passenger side window replaced by Constantine and I couldn’t be more pleased. He came right out to my home, was on time actually a bit early and got the job done quickly and efficiently. The window works perfectly now.
What impressed me most was how kind and respectful he was. He took the time to explain a few things to me, even shared some helpful advice that didn’t have anything to do with the repair. You can tell he really cares about the people he’s helping, not just the work itself.
If you’re in the area and need auto glass work done, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Constantine. He was professional, pleasant to deal with, and did excellent work. You don’t find that kind of service every day.

I highly recommend auto door glass pros!! My car was broken into, and he was recommended to me by my boss, and the response times were swift, and he did an amazing job not only with the passenger side window replacement, but also with cleaning up the glass all over my car! This happened at an inconvenient time as I was leaving the state, and he was extremely easy to work with around that, called me as soon as he got to my place and my roommate gave him my key, sent the bill online so it was super easy to take care of even with my not being here, and sent before and after photos as soon as he was finished and made sure I was happy with my service! Break ins are never fun, but it definitely helps to have somebody reliable easily available to help fix the damages so it’s one less thing to worry about! Thank you so much again 🙌🏼

This weekend I unfortunately had my car window vandalized. It happened Saturday night so of course I was scrolling through trying to find someone on Sunday that would be able to replace it. The big name companies of course had 5 star ratings but they were all closed on Sunday. I came across Konstantin with Door Glass Pros who gave me an accurate quote via text. Unfortunately he was not able to do my glass replacement on Sunday because the glass place he needed to get my window from was closed. But he was able to do the work on Monday which was fine. He was very communicative timely and friendly. He finished the job ( including cleaning up all the broken glass that fallen into the door) in less than an hour.
I would highly recommend Konstantin.
I appreciate and support working with small businesses!!
Thank you Gina

Woke up at 3:00 AM to my car alarm going OFF! 😩🚨 I ran outside only to discover that someone had tried to break into my car. Definitely NOT how I planned on starting my day!
Then came the next headache…calling around trying to find someone to replace my privacy glass. I kept hearing the same thing: “It’s going to take about 3 weeks.” THREE WEEKS?! 😭 Sir/Ma’am, I’m a single mama—I need my car! 😂
Then I called Auto Door Glass Pros, and when I tell you they SAVED MY DAY! 🙌🏾 Not only did I get a quote that was better than most of the other places I called, but he was also able to get the glass and take care of me the very next day!
After waking up at 3 AM feeling frustrated and violated, having someone make the repair process simple, affordable, and FAST was such a blessing.
Auto Door Glass Pros, THANK YOU! 🙏🏾 You truly saved this single mom’s day. ❤️

Excellent experience with my car window replacement! I needed an auto side window replacement for my Honda Fit, and the whole process was incredibly easy. He came directly to me, was actually early, and did an excellent job.
He completely cleaned out all of the broken glass from the door and surrounding area, and had the new window installed in less than an hour. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. I also really appreciated having the option to pay by card, which made the whole experience even more convenient.
Great work, great service, and very reasonably priced. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone needing car window replacement or auto glass repair!

A thief broke into my car while I was at work. I called auto door in around 7:30pm and they sent Constantine the next morning (he was AMAZING). He replaced the front passenger side window on my Mercedes Benz.
Their prices were competitive, especially considering the quality of work. They offer OEM or aftermarket replacements which is always a nice option to have. But my favorite part was that they’re mobile and came to my apartment in Bellevue so I didn’t have to hassle with dropping my car off at the shop and taking an Uber.
I hope I never have to replace a window again, but if I do, I will certainly use them!! I can’t recommend them enough.

Constantine was absolutely incredible and quick as well. After multiple vehicles were broken into in our building here in Tacoma and being the owner of one of the cars vandalized, we weren't sure who to go with or what it might cost. As it happens, we were walking in the parking garage and saw Constantine replacing the glass on one of the other vehicles that was broken in to. We asked him if he would be able to do a passenger window replacement and he said yes. The next day he showed up and within one hour the car was back to normal. His price was about half of what the national type places would charge and I trust his work more. Great guy, EXCELLENT work!

My Kia passenger side window was smashed in the parking garage of Mary Bridge Children’s hospital while my son was admitted there. As if life wasn’t already stressful, I had to pay out of pocket for the window replacement. I called around to get quotes and hardly any companies even answered the phone and if they did, they were charging me as if I was replacing a Lamborghini window! Constantine answered immediately and was helpful, knowledgeable, and got me on his schedule right away. He came out to my home, replaced the window within an hour, and made it good as new! Will continue to do business with him and 100% recommend using him for your auto glass replacement needs!

I woke up to my car window smashed and needed a quick, reliable, and safe solution. Auto Doorglass Pros was referred to me by a friend, and I’m so glad I reached out.
He responded immediately, asked the right questions, provided a clear quote, and was able to come out right away for a driver side window replacement. He arrived on time, brought the correct parts, and did an incredibly thorough job. He carefully cleaned all of the broken glass from my car, replaced the window perfectly, and took the time to walk me through everything afterward.
The entire process was fast, professional, and stress-free. Constantine was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in his work. I really appreciated how easy he made an otherwise frustrating situation. I would absolutely recommend him and would use his services again without hesitation.

I had my Camry broken into and needed my window replaced so I didn't have to keep driving around with plastic wrap. I looked around and got quotes from a few window replacement places in my area. I couldn't take time off of work and Auto Door Glass Pros is mobile so they came to me and replaced it in my work's parking lot. They even got the glass I couldn't reach under the seat with my vacuum. They were the first to get back to me with a quote, scheduling was easy and the work was professional. The install took about 1 hour. It was also half the price of the most advertised national chain. I got my Camry's side window replaced the next day while the brick and mortar shop closest to me finally got me a quote. I would recommend Auto Door Glass Pros to anyone else who might have suffered a break in because it was easier than any urgent car repair I have ever gotten.

BMW Passenger Side Window - Constantine, was such a friendly professional guy . Pulls up with all his tools , he txted that he was done like 20 mins later . I had been struggling with my bimmer’s passenger window since I got it and it finally gave up . When I originally found him online , I had set an appt with him but my window had gone back up my itself next time I turned it on . Constantine didn’t push for the sale he just told me glad it’s all fixed ! But then days later it went back down again , so I called him back and just told him to replace the switch after all . Very supportive , respectful and knowledgeable. I vouch for him

If you need a car or truck door or window replaced it would behoove you to talk to Konstantin. He texted me yesterday morning after he saw me request a quote and by 11:00 a.m. today The work has already been done. Safelite wasn't even able to get me in until a week from today. Oh and I forgot to mention that they were also going to charge me 45% more for the same glass. You will not regret it. Thanks again Konstantin for your promptness and your professionalism.

Oh and he did a incredible job cleaning up all of the window glass that shattered and got into everything

I had my driver side front window replaced after some jerks broke it. I got an immediate response after submitting a quote request which I did late in the evening. I was shocked at the quote, but in a good way I was expecting at least double what I was quoted. He kept in contact over text with arrival time. Very pleasant guy and got to work right away. He pointed out some damage to the door where it looks like they tried prying the door open and then breaking the window? Which he was able to repair so you can barely tell there is damage. It's a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe we are not winning best of show by any stretch, lol. He was able to replace the window in around an hour, let me test his work before paying. He also vacuumed up the broken glass on the street, which I think really shows their work ethic and attention to detail. I hope I never have need of his service again but if I do I will definitely be calling him back.

My teenage daughter had a violent road rage incident happen and someone smashed out her window with a bat. We were both panicking and scared. We needs a Passenger rear window replacement as quick as possible. I found Konstanti and Auto Door Glass Pros immediately and he had a quote to me within minutes. He was able to come up and fix my window twelve hours later. He was so reassuring and kind and made me feel super comfortable with his work, speed, efficiency and professionalism. It was handled so well and quickly that we can now put this behind us. We will always recommend Auto Door Glass Pros to anyone! Thank you so much.

Today the owner of this glass pro shop replaced a passenger side front door powered window. I wasn’t able to blink my eye how quickly it was done. There was so much glass pieces from original damage as we had a theft and break in however the owner vacuumed with power vacuum every piece of it. Very well done. And very quickly. In fact I called 5 repair shops and glass was not available for weeks yet this shop got it for me in a day. I have never had such expedited service with any of my car issues. Plus the owner came to my house to repair it, so I did not have to drive without the window in the rainy Washington.

I picked Constantin at random at random to fix the broken side window of my 26 year old VW bettle, and the resulting experience is nothing but a very good experience—he is on time in arrival at my home where the work was performed. He did the repair speedily and professionally and explained to me what was being done every step of the way. It was a definite learning and almost entertaining experience to see how he got the done! And, the price was reasonable as far as i was concerned. I will surely recommend him for what he is doing if would be asked!

I recently had my driver's side door window repaired by Constantine, and I couldn't be happier with the service. He was on time, extremely efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. During the repair, an unexpected issue was discovered, and Constantine went above and beyond by returning the very same day to take care of it. His professionalism, reliability, and dedication to making sure everything was completed correctly were truly impressive. I highly recommend Constantine to anyone looking for quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.

Quick, affordable, and comprehensive service after an unfortunate morning!! Constantine was professional and courteous, providing an excellent quote and fair timeline for the window replacement services over the phone — he arrived to my location ahead of schedule, set up his equipment, vacuumed any visible broken glass, replaced the window, ensured any remaining visible glass was vacuumed, and finished the job leaving the vehicle looking as good as new — all as quoted and ahead of schedule — 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone in need of car window replacement/repair!!
